If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, then you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order by following the returns process below:
SOME ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Please note we do not accept returns on earrings or other pierced items due to hygiene.
Custom made items/sizes or Special order items after customers request, are not eligible for return and refund.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
Precious stones and metal items are not eligible for return and refunds if we are not notified within 12 hours from the delivery time that customer wishes to return them. We withhold our absolute right to inspect the precious stones and metals are refuse any refund if an alteration or error has be discovered to the item after our inspection and after the dispatch from us.
The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original pouch and box provided. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the safety seal attached and in tact. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For your return, we propose using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Any lost items cannot be replaced or refunded.
